Was told it may take a while to hear back from keystone on warranty. While the camper was there, I get a phone call from Scott saying there are multiple holes on the roof and they can work with my insurance company to file a claim. Concered about these holes, I drove to camper world after work with a caulking gun in hand asking to see my camper and fill the holes before any or more damage is done. Sean, the service tech brought me back to show me the holes. Turns out there was just one tiny pinhole that Sean covered with a piece of tape while I was there. Now, at this time my camper is less than a year old. After two months of waiting and warranty period running out. I get a call from Scott saying Keystone will not cover it due to freezing. Now, I am a licensed master plumber in the state of Minnesota. I can assure this is a factory stress crack from the pipe bending process. Not from freezing. Unfortunately, I will not be back to this location, ever. Nor will I recommend anyone to do service work here not due to the techs but the service management.
