I had a transmission replaced with a remanufactured unit by Tran Auto.... It went bad, two weeks after leaving the shop the transmission went out again and took the transfer case with it. Peter went above and beyond to insure that the rebuilt manufacturer provided a replacement and took care of all of the other necessary repairs. He also had to deal with a frustrated customer... me. Which he also handled extremely well. I just can't say enough about how well I was treated and the level of service they demonstrated.
