- TPTyler PritzNov 3, 20251.0Parked here on a 4-day business trip and was in-and-out a few times. 3 of 4 parking charges were for an amount greater than the maximum charge advertised, and the machine did not provide a receipt for one of the charges. I have tried calling the number shown on the ticket multiple times and have always been sent to voicemail. Two weeks now and still no response. Would not recommend.

I called the help button and had a difficulty understanding the woman who answered but if I heard her correctly, I would have to contact the office at the no. on the parking stub.I called it and got no answer. I would like a receipt, please.
- SGS GabrielaAug 22, 20251.0The ramp itself is fine but I parked here to go to an 8:30pm dinner that ended around 11pm and the doors to get back in where I exited the ramp were all locked. If there hadn’t been loiterers in the lobby, I would have had to walk up 4 floors on the driving ramp to get to my car, which is obviously dangerous. They need better signage for how to get back in on late nights. (I also did bring my ticket with me and tried to use it on a black box thing by an entrance but it didn’t open anything).
