  Went to a show at the Pantages Theatre, got out after 10 pm. We were luck to get into the parking ramp. We walked around the entire building and the only reason we were able to access the elevator to get to our ramp level was because someone (not a worker) was exiting one of the doors so us (and a lot of other people) streamed in to get to their cars. This needs to be addressed.

  U.S. bank ramp has an easy in and out access. Only real issue I had was trying to get in there after hours as only 1 door worked, but you had to use the handicap button to open the door, which wasn’t super obvious. You’d think the door would just be unlocked, but you had to use the button. Would park there again and had chosen this option for a Twins game.

  Wouldn't recommend parking here for the target center but it is well kept.

  We bought a prepaid parking reservation here thought Ticketmaster. I won't be doing that again. First GPS took me to the wrong place - the ramp it took me to was much more helpful than the staff at this ramp. Entering wasn't bad, because I just used my barcode to enter. It even said welcome with my name on my screen. It was exiting that proved to be a problem. I couldn't bring the barcode up on my phone, because I couldn't get a signal in the garage. The person that I called on the kiosk was less than helpful. He basically kept telling me to bring it up on my phone, and I told him I couldn't without a signal. Finally I got a tiny bit of a signal and was able to bring up the barcode and was able to get out on my own. Note that if you do decide to get a parking reservation here, take a screenshot of the barcode, or print it out. And note that if there is an emergency, you won't be able to call the police, and I didn't see emergency buttons anywhere in the ramp.
