I'm 8 mo pregnant we decided to leave car overnight cause who can stay being stuck For an hour with no sign of getting out. No explanation given. It could've been better managed, no customer care given.
- ASAaron SsemujjuJan 9, 20251.0We parked in the garage at 225 south sixth in Minneapolis as we were going to a restaurant nearby. Unfortunately the restaurant couldn’t accommodate us(reservations were needed). We came straight back to the get the car, which took us approximately 15-20 mins. 9:00pm to 9:20pm. We tried to pay our way out, and the card reader machines weren’t working. Hit the help button and spoke to an attendant that seemed to be off site. He had us try again and to use a different cc, nothing worked. He finally let us out of the garage and said they’d send us a link to my cell #. Cost for 20 min parking was $8. The link that was sent was for $30. I tried to call the garage to rectify the issue so I can pay the $8 and no one is ever available to talk to. Now I get a text to my cell, demanding that I pay $30. This is a total ripoff, very horrible customer service and a bad experience. I will absolutely not pay $30 when I was supposed to pay $8. The parking garage itself looks very nice, and the 1 ⭐️ is for the horrible service.
