  Absolutely the WORST place to take your vehicle. And apparently they will clear negative reviews from Google. This is the third time I am posting this. My insurance booked a windshield repair with these guys for them to come to my home. Problem number one: they no longer have enough trained techs to provide that service depending on your vehicle. Had to reschedule, drop my vehicle off and fight with the front desk person about insurance that they had on file furthermore she had to be found because she was not at her desk nor did she return after 20 minutes of waiting. Then they managed to order AND take delivery of the wrong part twice in a row. Finally when the right part did arrive (3rd try) they not only forgot to call me but when I call to check over a week after last contact. Again the same terribly rude front desk person answered. Informed me that if I hadn't called today she was going to send the part back because they've been trying to get ahold of me. That was and is a bald-faced lie. Took the better part of 3 weeks to be done and may trips back and forth because you better believe them making a mistake will not let you keep the loaner they provide. If you care about your time, the workmanship done to your vehicle, the honesty of those you trust with your vehicle, or frankly the quality of your life. Do yourself a favor and run as fast as you can from both this location and any Safelite. Don't trust one bad review. Totally understandable and fair. Just read a few others on here and you will this is a systemic problem for this location and many others.

  First time going there it was really pleasant experience they treated me with absolutely kindness I would recommend anyone who windshield replacement go to see them there are the best

  My rear passenger window caught a stray bullet while running errands. I was grateful to be alive but the next step was fixing the damage. My insurance company recommended Safelite and they have national recognition. I scheduled the mobile service and was given a pretty wide window when they would show up between noon and 5pm so I had to take time off work to wait for them. Turns out they needed a wider window(no pun intended). The technician didn't start working on my car until almost 6. He also claimed his broom was stolen so I let him sweep up the glass with mine. Everything else seemed ok until I went on the highway that weekend and heard a noticeable leak in the window. After calling in, they said they would escalate this and have a manager reach out to me to talk about next steps. Three days pass and...crickets. I decide to schedule another appointment but it was over a week out before I could get in so I decided to show up at the nearest location in Minneapolis when they opened. They said they could look at it that day but I would have to leave my car there. Fine. They called me an hour later to say it was ready for pickup. Great. I took another cab there only to find out the technician who installed my window forgot to put in a screw and it has to be special ordered. Soo that means I need to make another trip out to the shop, and take even more time off of work for their mistake. On top of out of pocket cost of the initial service, the expenses from this ordeal are really adding up! Not good for someone who is just trying to get over this scary situation.

  Making an appointment with Safelite was extremely easy and convenient. My technician, Dominic, was extremely communicative and even offered to perform the repair earlier than my scheduled appointment. He completed the repair quickly and was great at explaining the process and important information.

  The technician was timely, nice and explained the process well. However, he almost wrecked my wiper arms. When putting them back, he misaligned them and they were pushing down into the hood instead of going up onto the windshield. Luckily I do my own car work and put them back on correctly before it fully stripped them. I shouldn't have had to adjust that though. Please make sure your technicians check the alignment of wiper arms. It literally takes like 5 extra minutes.
