- SYshoua yangSep 30, 20251.0I was told that I would get a complimentary interior door panel repair fix for free even after I had bought my car and signed all the paper work, got lies after lies about how the part was coming in, 2 months later and still nothing, had same multiple repair work redone because they couldn't get it right the 1st time, got charged $143.46 for a diagnosis that should of been free since all they did was take my car out for a joy ride and came up with nothing and who knoes if they are even legally insured to be taking people's car out and driving it, they are reckless, not sure what the technician did to my car but when i went to go start the car the brake paddle was so hard and it was locked for a minute, also the technician was tapping on my car screen dash rapidly and extra hard with no care, they don't even perform the complimentary muti point inspection they claim they do but will put it on the work order that they did a $40+ dollar muti point inspection for free, the advisor lady upfront couldn't even tell me what their muti point inspection included, they will charge you for services with no description and when confronted they would just make up lies and go around in circles and try to wiggle their way out, told me brakes was checked and etc, etc but I can hear my brakes squel when I drive it, just avoid this place, they are a scam and a red flag, if you go here request videos and descriptions on all work done, I will not come back to this scam of a "repair" shop where the mechanics are rookies, reckless and have bad attitudes.

I was an 'out of State' buyer and made the drive to Lockwood early one AM and everything was ready for me when I arrived. Terrell and the other folks made the process VERY quick and easy. I will note that they use 'digital transfer' for titles/registration which may cause delays in the process (depending on state you reside in if registered outside of MN). Apparently it's a newer process in some States, such as South Dakota and not all our registration folks know about it yet. Thank you very much to Ashley for getting me answers to the delay in my registration, she went above and beyond to eased my worries about the delay. Highly recommend Lockwood Motors and will keep them in mind when it's time to 'upgrade' again!
