Our experience at Kline Nissan was outstanding.
My husband’s car was totaled in an accident so car shopping was not in our plan. He found a used Lexus online so he called to inquire about it and reached Dan N. We came in to test drive it and met with Dan. The very clean car was ready and waiting for us. Dan was professional, personable, knowledgeable and friendly.
The entire experience was seamless. Rob in financing was so helpful and professional and friendly and Adam was as well.
We left Kline with a nice vehicle and we felt well cared for while there.
Thank you team, you were outstanding and we will recommend you to anyone in need of a car!

DO NOT GET YOUR TRANSMISSION SERVICED AT KLINE.
Response to Bryan:
Why don’t you release the diagnostic report if you believe you are not responsible for the damages?
Last year in October I went to Kline Nissan to get a transmission oil change. My Murano had 173,000 miles and worked great before going for the service. Never had any issue with the transmission. They did the service and 1700 miles and 1 month later, the transmission went out. It would not move and completely failed. It showed a P0746 code and I called some transmission shops in the area. All of them told me I needed a new transmission. Which is more than the value of the car. So I decided to keep the car parked on my driveway because I have alternative cars.
Then this October 2025, before winter, I decided to junk the car, but before junking it I got a mechanic to look at it. This was my first car and was gifted to me by the late grandfather, so it holds sentimental value.
The mechanic did a diagnostic of the transmission and found out the transmission was overfilled and caused the damage to the internal components of the CVT. Kline was the last one to service it! I talked to Ivan and he said they will take a look at it.
Later on, I got a call from Ivan, and he stated the transmission is indeed overfilled but Kline was not responsible. They are arguing it’s the internal wear and tear. I asked Brian if they will hold themselves accountable and replace the transmission under goodwill. They clearly overfilled it and are responsible. Brian out right refused and started becoming defensive. He offered me a full trade in value for a working Murano. Why would you do that if you know you didn’t do anything wrong. Clearly shows they are responsible and trying to shut me down with an offer.
They also argued that the transmissions go out right away if they are overfilled and that mine took 1700 miles. This is completely wrong and goes against the engineering of transmissions. Overfilled transmissions fail gradually not suddenly. It takes time for an overfilled transmissions wear out and cause damage to the inside parts!
I later have asked Ivan five times in calls and emails to send me the diagnostic report and technician notes. They kept stalling and won’t send me that information. My thought is that they know the transmission is overfilled and makes them look liable. This is extremely shady practice and illegal.
I talked to Nissan North America and they said they don’t have access to the report and they can’t do anything about my situation.
I have all the conversations recorded between Kline and I.
Please be careful when you get your car looked at or serviced here. I hope it saves someone from the headache. I have been going to Kline for a decade and own two Nissans. This is how they take responsibility.

We have bought our last 6 vehicles from Kline Nissan and this is why. We were NEVER subjected to high pressure sales tactics. In fact Adam, who we have worked with for every purchase, was simply driven by making sure we got the best deal on the right vehicle and were happy. We have always been able to call/text/email him with any questions we may have. Our most recent purchase, a Nissan Pathfinder Rock Creek trim, was found by Adam, after we described what we wanted he went and found it. That’s just how the staff at Kline Nissan are, they pride themselves on personal, attentive, and complete customer service and satisfaction. This is why we choose Kline every time we are in the market for a new vehicle. We know Nissan as having some of the best and innovative vehicles on the road, and we know that Adam, and the team at Kline Nissan, are committed, making sure that we have a great experience and are satisfied. When you want a great vehicle choose Nissan, when you need great service choose Kline!

I am disgusted with this place. Prior to 2025 I had purchased 5 vehicles from Adam Bazille are this dealership. Yes. 5. I'm not sure what happened but this last experience will be the very last time I work with them. I will not step foot in that place again. Not to buy. Not for service. Never.
Aside from the fact that they decided not to give us our deposit back on the vehicle we ended up purchasing, they flat out lied and said the tires in the car were good, even after my husband had them looked at by an independent tire dealer. Turns out the tires were original to the vehicle. It's a 2019. It's now 2025. You do the math. When confronted about this tire issue, their response was ridiculous. Along the lines of "come on in and we will look at them and give you a good deal on a new set of tires." Somewhere along the way this place lost it's soul. I would advise going anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. I am disgusted. They act like selling us a car is doing us a favor. I'm done.

Unprofessional experience. My husband and I went to go and look at a vehicle for me. The whole time they were just talking to my husband, not to me. On top of that, we ran some numbers and I wanted to think about it but the GSM Aaron came out and was rude, arrogant, and was visibly upset. He was shaking with anger by the time we left. The way he degraded my husband in front of me was uncalled for. Just because my husband has been in the business before, does not give the right to talk to him that way. That's why I did not want to buy from him. Respect goes both ways, and this behavior was disappointing and uncalled for.
To make matters worse, sending a petty and disrespectful text afterward was completely out of line when he found out we got the car somewhere else. That type of behavior shows a serious lack of training, professionalism and customer service. His behavior force us to buy somewhere else. No customer should be made to feel uncomfortable, yet that is precisely what he did. Our intention was to go to lunch, pick up our kids and come back to make the purchase but after that interaction, it left a sour taste. I told my husband that we should just go somewhere else. There were other customers around us that was looking at us like criminals which made it even worse. Respecting a customer’s decision should be the bare minimum—and this dealership failed to do even that. I won’t be going back.
