    Edit: The general manager spoke to us and was very understanding of the situation. He really seemed to care and wanted to make things right. We went over the weekend to look at the Certified Pre-Owned 2023 Altima SL (Stock # N81361). After the test drive we mentioned that we believed the heated seat was not functioning properly. We were told by the sales person "you want the extended warranty anyways so you can bring it back after 30 days when the warranty kicks in and get it looked at then" and their warranty has a deductible so we would be paying for a fix on a car that was noticed prior to purchase. Only after we said we wouldn't purchase a broken vehicle did they offer to fix it but only for us if it was our top choice.

    “ I purchased a car for my daughter and was really pleased working with Aaron (and Adam). We started out looking at the new '26 LEAF, but when it didn't seem quite perfect for her needs/wants, he talked with Adam and together they proposed we consider a '24 LEAF, and it turned out to be a perfect fit for her.

    Dan was very friendly and personable. He was able to answer our questions and if he wasn’t he quickly found someone who could. He helped take out the anxiety there often is in buying a new vehicle. I am still very happy with the decision he helped me make with my new vehicle today!

I have experience with consumer law and automotive transactions, so I’m very attentive to how information is presented. Christine was careful with details, accurate in her explanations, and transparent about what she knew and what she didn’t. There was no pressure to move quickly, no attempt to minimize concerns, and no sales-script language. That alone set her apart. Even when the specific vehicle wasn’t the right fit, she handled the conversation professionally and respectfully, thanked me for the feedback, and made it clear she’d keep an eye out for something that actually matched what I was looking for rather than pushing an alternative just to make a sale. The entire exchange felt like a good-faith conversation, not a transaction. That level of integrity is rare in this industry, and it builds real trust. Because of this experience, I’ll be recommending Christine and this dealership moving forward.     This review is for Tristan Feeney who was my Service Adviser on 11/13/2025. Tristan is AWESOME. This is the second Nissan vehicle I've had Kline service (originally purchased from another dealer) and Tristan is the reason I keep coming back. The big reason is he is more than a Service Advisor. He is very knowledgeable about cars but he makes it easy for you to understand when he explains himself. He is also a great human being and he shows it from the minute you meet him. He really does care. The car that Kline services is my wife's 2017 Murano. She puts less than 3000 miles a year on it, and I told Tristan I have it serviced at least once a year just so I can see him and to see how things are going with him.
