    We had an extremely disappointing experience with Camping World / Forest River in Hugo, MN and Little Falls, MN. From the beginning, we never received all of the parts that were supposed to come with our camper. I texted our sales person and he said they would take care of it. Despite repeated follow-ups, the issue was never fully resolved, and we were left chasing answers instead of enjoying a brand-new camper. I ended up buying my own screen and blinds, which I asked to be reimbursed for but wasn’t. Things became much worse when a technician (from Camping World Little Falls) was sent out to fix existing problems. Instead of repairing the camper, the technician caused additional damage to the furnace, floor, trim, and a cabinet. Most alarming, during work on the furnace, the technician tampered with the furnace. Something that runs gas so close to my family should have been fixed the right way the first time. I would like to thank the second Dylan for coming to our camper and fixing all of the issues with a great attitude and true compassion for what my family went through! As if that wasn’t enough, when we canceled our warranty due to these ongoing issues, and the decision to never use Camping World again, we were shorted on the refund we were owed. After everything that occurred, including safety risks and additional damage, the only compensation offered was a $100 gift card, which felt dismissive given the seriousness of the situation. All we asked for was the money for the parts we bought and our time and gas due to them sending out an unqualified technician multiple times even after I requested someone else. We did retain a lawyer at one point, but ultimately chose to drop the matter because we wanted this experience to be over rather than continue reliving it. That decision should not be mistaken for acceptance of how this was handled. This was not a minor inconvenience, it was a serious safety failure paired with poor accountability and inadequate resolution. We trusted Camping World / Forest River Hugo with our family’s safety, and that trust was broken. Based on our experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing or servicing a camper here to think twice and seek independent inspections.

    I recently bought a fifth wheel camper from camping world in little falls. The sales man Bryan had set up a showing on his day off. The salesman Michael struck was so kind and very helpful. All the other staff were great too. Felt like everyone worked together and they gave us a great price for everything out the door. Amazing service

    If I could give this a zero, I WOULD! The most disrespectful service team I’ve ever dealt with — and I work in the service industry myself. We brought our camper in around August to have the pigtails checked before renting it out because we suspected a propane leak. Camping World inspected it and told us everything was “good to go.” When we turned everything on to double-check, we could still smell propane. We called them immediately, and they said all their tests had passed inspection. On the day of our rental, we had to take the camper to Hilltop Camper instead, where they quickly found that the dual propane regulator was leaking — something Camping World completely missed. When we contacted the service manager to discuss this, his only response was that “it’s always a $95 diagnosis no matter what, but you can bring it back in and we won’t charge a diagnostic” without any apology or accountability. As we already had it to our hometown Hilltop and fixed within 30 minutes that day. We decided to give this business another chance and booked an appointment to have our camper winterized. I scheduled the appointment with Sabrina and explained that my husband gets off work late, so we’d need to drop it off the night before. She said that would be fine. The week of our appointment, I called to ask if it would be possible to bring the camper in a day earlier due to a change in our schedule. Sabrina’s response was, “You can bring it at the time of your appointment,” in a noticeably curt tone. When I explained that our schedule wouldn’t allow that, she replied, “You can bring it the night before, but just know we now have a missing customer’s camper that was taken off our lot last night — so it’s at your discretion.” Needless to say, I cancelled the appointment. This camping world was the closest (45 minutes away) and most convenient for my family. I would rather travel 4 hours than ever deal with the disrespectful responses, attitudes and tones we dealt with!!! Looks like only the good reviews get a response from the company — how sad you don’t fix your wrongs.

    I went RV shopping with my friend on her birthday, serious buyer but she was also was mostly window shopping, and the thing that made this stop stand out is the one, the only, friendly, overall good vibes person named Task. Day nine on the job and he made us feel like a couple of old friends checking out some RVs on a beautiful fall day. Knowledgeable and kind. 10/10 (sales) person, would buy RV from Task.

    Amazing customer service, from the minute we waked in we were greeted and allowed to browse without being pestered. Everyone there was very welcoming and eggare to answer our questions and find something in our price range. Everyone on the crew worked as a team to help us fill paperwork out, assemble hitch and show us all the features available on the trailer. Would recommend them for there amazing prices and authentic employees. Food truck coming soon!
