Travis spent the afternoon dragging a jump pack from camper to camper to open slides and ensure we found exactly what we were looking for. He took our feedback and found us a camper that otherwise would not have been on our radar. Very hard working individual. Jason ensured everything on the back end worked flawlessly. I have seen people online take shots at Camping world numerous times. the only thing i can think of is it comes to the people at the individual store. This is my second purchase from camping world and i have never had an issue with any department from sales to service to finance. Top notch individuals and would not hesitate referring friends and family and any future needs.

We looked at the unit, and everything was fine except that the fridge was not blowing cool air and had an odor. Sales said it takes some time for them to cool, so we agreed to grab a bit to eat in Forest Lake, then stop back to see if the fridge is cooling. Our meal was taking a bit longer, so we called Travis to tell him we were taking a bit longer but would be back as planned. He said someone stopped in and put some money down on the unit. We already had an agreed price for the sale.
