I went through the wash today after renewing for the biggest package and when I went through the car wash something metal was hitting my windshield and something ripped off my wiper blade. Ntm it's snowing where I'm at and all they could tell me was we'll look for it after we close. What is a person supposed to do in that situation? Update: I put in a ticket with customer service. And they were not happy about the situation considering the legal ramifications for having a customer leave there property without the safety equipment necessary to travel the roads. But then I get a phone call from the location after they closed saying they found my wiper. I asked if it was destroyed. They told me it was not and I'll pick it up in the morning. Showed up the next day it was trashed and the acting manager. Acting the key word told me they can't ensure the it was even on my car appropriately. I then tell him should I grab my ASE certification or my CDL to verify i am completely certified to put windshield wipers on my car. Lol the head on this guy. Ntm the 20 year old they have working there.
