I should have believed all the bad reviews I read, all the good ones are most likely fakes or family and friends. Let me say it again, DO NOT GO HERE. I went in first thing in the morning, waited 3 hours when i was told 1 hour wait time for a diagnosis, 2 times. They said they had a one way ride service to wherever, i lived 5 mins away and I was never once offered this 1 way ride in my 3 hrs time there, i only remembered it 2 hrs in before deciding I might ask on the offer. Still bad service, if u have a good service, endorse it, promote it. Closer charged me $170 for quote "labor/diagnosis" I asked, how much for diagnosis? Front desk said "you won't get charged for anything until after we've seen your vehicle and let you know what needs to be fixed. We won't fix your vehicle or do anything without your approval and until you've seen the prices." 3 hrs later they finally finished and owner/closer said to me "you owe us $160 off the bat, we did diagnosis u need new front brake pads n rotors, you need rear shoes, hardware kit, n drums, as well as cleaning on battery to turn off light. We also took care of the rattling sound for you which was your gravel shield" I wasnt informed or educated at all like I would be at other dealers/auto stores about brakes, brake pads, drums, shoes, hardware kit, or the importance of a gravel shield. Taking one off prob took less than 3-5 screws i should have checked, i also never asked t hem to take it off but because they did they charging me $170 for diagnosis/labor of unscrewing 1-3 screws that you can do via hand. I was soooo sooo bummed, this really ruined my day. I had gone to smaller auto stores and bigger dealers for diagnosis and repairs prior, never have I ever gotten ripped off like this before. They also have deals online for discounts however the internet and service was so bad in the area I couldnt even access their website when it came time to pay. I asked for prices and I was reassured I wouldnt have to pay anything until ive seen the prices. HOLY AIRBALL closer/owner came out and demanded payment no matter what. Also they charged me for battery testing and alternator testing... bro... I just replaced those myself, I asked for a diagnosis yes, but I also asked for pricing before anything. Same for the gravel shield I could have done that myself, I came to you for a diagnosis because im not a mechanic, you took my money that I don't even have. $170 could have gotten me the parts needed to fix it now i have to find another $170+ to purchase parts I needed if I would have just done them myself or asked a family/friend to look at my vehicle. NEVER GO HERE PLEASE! The time i was there I was the only customer there to purchase, 1 other person came in to chit chat while I was there but not to for services.
