  These guys are great. They explained why my car was making weird noises and walked me through what the next steps and options were and gave me updates along the way.

  I was referred to Quality Care Tire & Auto by co-workers who have been going there for years, who were impressed by the customer service and quality work. Tim Sandlin the owner is very salt-of-the-earth. Tim and staff go out of their way to provide excellent customer service, to include free local pick-ups and drop-offs! I've only had oil changes and tire rotations but will soon be getting rotor/brake work done. We did some price checking and Tim came in lowest. He also mentioned at my last tire rotation that the tires should be replaced and didn't give me sales pitch; he suggested I try calling the dealership and could possibly get a discount on new tires since it was a new car and I only had 30,000 miles on it. It's a great feeling to have found a trustworthy, caring mechanic!
