  Easy and enjoyable purchase of a vehicle. Trystan was very helpful sales person along with financial as well. Best experience at a auto dealership in my 66 years. Decent pricing and selection whould definitely recommend to anyone looking for a different ride. Drove across the metro to get there and it was worth it

  I recently went to this dealership just to browse their options. Tristan Martinez was very kind and ended up having me test drive a car I was very interested in. Although I didn’t go through with the purchase due to finding a better deal somewhere else, I highly appreciate the respect and kindness Tristan showed to me and my boyfriend. He seemed to truly care about finding a car that would fit my wants and needs. He wasn’t pushy or rude when I called to tell him I was going to pass up the offer. I highly recommend going to apple ford if your browsing for a car.

  I have purchased 5 cars over the last 25+ years from Apple Valley Ford which speaks for itself. Apple Valley Ford has a small town community atmosphere which is helpful. I have never had any issues with any Ford cars.... ever. The experience with every sales person has been great, and my most recent car purchase with Ethan Gauer, was the best so far. The experience was not at all as a typical car salesman, but more like working with a friend. He and his Manager were very helpful in encouraging me to drive the car for a couple days to adjust to the differences now with cars having more electronic features. This was tremendously helpful also when one is not accustomed to advancements in technology. The finance representative was also very quick and efficient. I will continue to purchase my cars from this dealer if Ford keeps making products I like.

  After calling 3 times I am still getting notices for a vehicle I traded in to your dealership. When I call I keep getting the runaround that it's not from you even though your name is on it, but it's from corporate Ford. That's sad that you didn't notify Ford corporate that I traded in this vehicle. It's bad enough my sales person lied to me about some aspects during my purchase and then basically ghosted me when I had questions and after you damaged my vehicle interior during a tinding install. That was finally rectified but not after a having to reach out many times. When I call I ask for the general manager, they refuse to connect me and just send me to a marketing persons voicemail, who doesn't call back. Sad how you've treated me after purchasing 2 new vehicles from you.

  best dealership experience i’ve ever had. full stop. i showed up to apple valley ford on a cold monday evening after my hyundai kona got stuck at a job site. i’d already been to two other dealerships that day and several more the week prior, looking for a midsize truck. the first thing that stood out was how clean, open, and genuinely welcoming the dealership felt—noticeably more positive than other places i’d visited. it was a breath of fresh air after a string of lackluster experiences elsewhere. drake was attentive, friendly, and refreshingly honest. when he didn’t know something offhand, he found the answer quickly. his people skills and hospitality sense are excellent. before we even got started, he pointed me toward a cup of hot chocolate, which was very appreciated after being out in the cold all day. at no point did i feel rushed or pressured. i had some scheduling constraints and an extenuating circumstance that required patience and flexibility, and drake was more than accommodating throughout the process. i initially came in looking for a midsize truck—specifically a ranger lariat or similar. after listening carefully to my needs, drake said, “what if i told you i could get you all of that, but in a full-size pickup?” he then showed me an f-150 xlt that met all of my requirements and exceeded my expectations in several areas—at the same price point i was already considering. we spent about an hour going through the truck before i had to head out, and he even secured a short hold so i could do more research and think it through. i came back later with my significant other, and drake treated her just as well, answering all her questions thoroughly and respectfully. she raised points i hadn’t thought of, which only reinforced that we were making the right decision. drake consistently showed an easy, natural rapport with everyone involved. we discussed aftermarket options, and i ended up purchasing a cover, liner (great recommendation on the bedrug), and tint. the test drive, paperwork, and financials all went smoothly, and communication was clear and consistent from start to finish. i’m now the owner of a 2024 f-150 xlt powerboost hybrid and couldn’t be happier. drake, the sales manager (whose name i’m unfortunately spacing on), and everyone else we worked with were excellent. 5 stars. 10/10. A+. would absolutely recommend. and seriously—thanks for the hot chocolate. (pics taken on night one and do not show the upgrades)
