  Parts and service are great. My tractor comes back looking new again. Unfortunately I’ve been trying to trade it in because it has more hours getting repaired due to everything breaking on it than I have on it. Not having much luck getting a call back yet. I’m trying again since it’s back in the shop with several more major and small problems. Thank god for getting the extended warranty. 1025r Update:: I received a call from the salesman (he’s the only one) about a month ago when I took my jd in to get it repaired again. I haven’t received a callback and it’s now been 3 1/2 weeks. Also haven’t heard anything from them about my tractor since it got there. I’ve now been another month without my tractor. I’m disabled and rely on it to get almost everything done when I’m able to. I can only use it when it’s not to hot or to cold outside because I have Multiple Sclerosis. I have 270 hours on it and over that sitting in the shop. I just want out of this tractor and into something else. I bought it thinking it would last a lifetime as I’m disabled. This was a huge purchase for me and I’m very dissatisfied with the help I’ve received. Promised they would do whatever it takes and 7 months later it’s still waiting. The only person helping no longer works there for some reason. He was the only person trying to help me but unfortunately someone else wasn’t doing there job. I was told when I bought it free delivery and pickup within 25 miles. Now I’m paying $150 3 times a year. Not a great investment so far. Since day 1 it had fluid soaking me. And still does. I would like to speak to the owner responding to these if possible. This is my only way to get the information to anyone that may help me with this. So if possible get my information from Woodhaven and please reach out to me directly. Thank you. Final update 11/18/2025 Finally got a call for trade in. A little low. Wouldn’t even pay it off with all my constant problems with it and they don’t offer any good financing terms as the did since 2023. I Never received a call from service. Decided to drive there today. It’s been done for 4 days and they couldn’t deliver it until after thanksgiving (at first). I was told my estimate for non warranty was $250 over the phone. Today I was billed $730 don’t know why I wasn’t told it was done or that the out of pocket was tripled. With all that said. It’s been problems since day one with the tractor and it’s time to move on and check out a new bobcat.

  I had an issue with the poorly designed hood latch on my 2024 John Deere 1025R and after discussing this with my sales person and parts and warranty team at Hutson's Woodhaven they quickly resolved my issues and took care of my tractor. Great communication and didn't hesitate to address and resolve my issue. Great experience and honest staff at Hutson's Woodhaven and they always take the time to make sure they listen to your questions and concerns you may have and take the time to answer, explain, and even demonstrate how to work your new equipment. Highly recommend shopping at Hutson's Woodhaven for your next John Deere, Stihl, or parts you may need.

  My mom had her riding lawnmower picked up for repairs, nobody ever called to tell her what repairs needed or were done. They were suppose to drop the rider back to her and still waiting. Also, still haven't been told how much the bill is. I called to talk to a manager and there wasn't anyone available to take my call.
