- AKAlan Kreutzberg4 days ago5.0I had been having difficulty with my ‘Tire Sensor Light’ on dashboard, not going off. Discount Tire installed 5 new Sensors but were unable to solve problem after many attempts. Matt and other Technicians at Key Diesel Auto Repair persisted in trouble-shooting ‘Sensor Problem’ and eventually replaced ‘new spare tire sensor’ with another new sensor…… and that was the problem; Discount Tire had installed a ‘defective’ sensor in/on, spare tire in car trunk. Thank you staff at Key Diesel, including all Technicians and very helpful young lady at front desk/office, who initially assisted me.When I need future service on my Toyota Avalon, I won’t hesitate to return to Key Diesel Auto Repair! - JHJessica HOct 28, 20255.0I'd been told my car was overheating due to the water pump. Replaced it and the thermostat and it still overheated. At this point, all signs pointed to blown head gasket (and the first shop told me that was the problem). Key quoted me a good price, sight unseen, so I took it there. They quickly diagnosed it as not an engine problem, but coolant leaking into the cat converter, mimicking a blown head gasket. Saved me thousands of dollars! And they even found that the water pump replaced by the first shop was faulty and recommended I take it back to the first shop for a warranty replacement, rather than bilking me for a replacement. Integrity, fair pricing, quick service, thorough communication, communication by text (!So great!), and I did the whole thing remotely/never actually saw a single person that works there. Easiest repair I've ever received in 35 years. I will definitely be using them again.

Transmission went 8 hrs from home and the Key Diesel crew was there rescue us. From diagnosis to working with the aftermarket warranty company to replacing the transmission everything went smooth.
