  Not happy that they performed repairs without my authorization and they were upset with me for picking up my own property. I'd be very careful dealing with this company.

  We received great customer service that exceeded our expectations from the parts dept, sales dept and delivery. All of the above provided great service. We are completely satisfied with the performance and perfectly designed John Deere Z330R. It’s a great investment!

  Once they get you to buy the product, they have very poor customer service. Very difficult to get anyone on the phone. The workers are careless and not mindful that people are spending thousands on their products so we expect to be valued and treated with good customer service. We had an issue with the carburetor three weeks into having a brand new 2025 John Deere zero turn mower. When we first called about it, it took several calls and emails just to get an employee to talk to us.. When we finally got ahold of someone they treated us like we had no idea what we were talking about ( assuming because we are women) so we had to physically go to Hutson and show them a video of what was happening with the mower and what do ya know, we were right that carburetor was not working correctly. They said they would fix it and took three days to get back to us about whenever we would get it back, and also gave us the mower back with an empty tank that was previously 75% full and four more hours added to our John Deere. Seems if a company was sorry for the issue they would make sure these details are explained and the tank given back at the amount it was at previously.
