They didn’t try to upsell me or push anything I didn’t need. They focused on what was most important safety-wise. I also really appreciated that they send pictures and videos with the inspection so you can actually see what’s going on. My mom came with me in her van just to keep me company, and they were able to squeeze her in to take a look at it too. Not only did they inspect it on the spot, but they were also able to fix it right then and there. She left super happy! It all felt honest, straightforward, and stress-free from start to finish. Definitely recommend!
