  Dropped my car off for tire rotation. Staff was friendly, price was fair, and service was performed timely & without problems. Very good experience. Would come here again.

  I came in on a Friday afternoon (the day after Christmas) with a blown tire, having just arrived to Romeo the day before with my family to visit my in-laws for Christmas. Brian absolutely took care of me, got the same exact tire scheduled to arrive the next day (Saturday), and they even checked my spare tire to ensure it was safe. Brian messaged me Saturday by 11 AM that my tire was in and we had it installed within 30 minutes of me returning on-site. What could have been an extremely anxious situation (getting ready to return to North Carolina in a few days) was a stress-free experience. I highly recommend this crew and if I was local, they would be my go-to moving forward!

  Well when I first called and asked for Howard and didn't get him I should have known better I was given an app to drop my car off. I did on a Monday am was told they would inspect and call me. Rec a call in the afternoon to review a email was sent to me so I could see what was needed done. Told total 7,200 dollars that was a little overwhelming said the 2 oil leaks now but all needed to be done. So I said if I was to do all would all be resolved. Made no commitment no accept or declined of I believe 4 sections or no signatures was told he would call me tomorrow that being Tues. I went back into the email early evening to look at everything unable to look at the estimate to a circle below saying "We're sorry we could not find the page you are looking for." So I responded to the email that the estimate was not there. TUES no response so I called no answer so I left a message as I was leave Tues ret on Wed can be reached by phone. Never heard from anyoneTues ret home wed and called late afternoon. Was told they were working on my car I said I didn't accept or decline anything as I couldn't even get into the email and I emailed to ask why and Tues I left a voice mail cuz I was leaving til Wed and I was to have rec a ph call that day from you but never did. I was told on Wednesday "so now you saying you don't want the work done" you said if I'm to do it all will that solve the issues. Correct that is what I asked that wasn't a signature an accept or a decline. I also asked why no one has responded to my email message or my phone message you told me no messages or emails were rec. I then said I need to speak with Howard now, you told me he was not there had a dental appt I said he needs to call me when he can. Howard called me thur at 8am told him i was not happy he appolizied and said he would get back to me never heard back on Thursday from anyone. Fri am I called to see what the status was and they were just finishing my car and I could come in. Well I need a ride ok I'll get back to you. Howard called me back and said he would pick me up. Thank You ! I pray no one should ever have to go thru this it's not what someone does but it's the way they do it that counts. I have always had the upmost respect and love for Howard and for him saying I'm sorry I wasn't here for you. One star is not for Howard or the guys that worked on my car your appreciated 5 🌟

  I made an appointment this past Saturday to have my tire looked at for an ongoing issue (not from them). They repaired the tire while I was at work and put it on when I came back. The price was great! Well when I got home about an hour later, I had received a notification saying low tire pressure yet again. I called back up there same day and made an appointment a couple days later. I was thinking the worst like a bent rim or something of that sort, well come to find out I ran over a nail with the same tire 🤦🏻‍♀️ after all said and done, tire is fixed again. I truly appreciate the great customer service from the guys that I talked to and dealt with. Thank you!!! Will definitely be returning.
