Tuffy Walled Lake is a family owned and operated service center. Since 1991 Owner Art Rott and his crew of highly specialized auto repair technicians have been servicing the vehicles of the lakes area.
Tuffy Walled Lake prides itself with quality parts, service and fair and honest pricing. Since our beginning we feel both fortunate and appreciative to have established so many relationships and friendships with our customers.
Our technicians are ASE certified and have access to the most current technical service bulletins, recalls, testing procedures and technology to repair your vehicle properly the first time.
While at the same time not selling or recommending items to you that will not solve your problems. Together, with you, we have the ability to repair and maintain your vehicles as the manufacturer recommends to keep you safe out on the road.

- PKPeter Koza3 days ago4.0Went in for an oil change and was quoted a great price for full synthetic oil at $65 where I’ve been paying $100-130 . On a grand Cherokee. Great customer service. They also did a diagnostic to see if there was anything wrong and found out I was having an oil coolant leak. My only complaint it took between 1 1/2 to 2 hours so I recommend making an appointment and dropping off your car.

Called couple days in advance to make an appointment for oil change and they said no need just show up at 8am. When I went there at 8am they were obviously not happy to see me and told me it will take 3hrs for an oil change! I happily took my business to another place but this is not the way doing business guys.

- RSRyan SemrauNov 8, 20251.0I brought my car in for a new pully and belt. I said it was leaking oil and that needed fixed too. Other than price being high they did a fine job but that’s where it ended. They charged 200 something to clean oil out of engine bay and find source of leak. Thats all fine and good if they actually fixed the leak because whats the point then? It’s just gonna happen all over again? 1150 total. I pick car up and notice my heat is going on and off so they obviously didn’t bleed the system. I also notice it’s still leaking oil and I couldn’t make it back for a few weeks. I explain I have no heat and oil is still leaking they say it’s a head gasket and showed the dye they put on before to find source and NOT fix the leak. They said you shouldn’ttake it to a euro shop and I said can you atleast bleed the system so I have have heat since you guys didn’t do it the first time? Was denied. I been going here for 10 years and I will never go back. They could’ve saved me a lot of pain and stress.
