The Customer Service Manager, Connor, was so polite, professional and friendly. He gave me a complete overview of my vehicles both good and bad, to help me better understand my vehicles. He had a smile on his face, cracked jokes the whole time he conversed with me, a very pleasant young man. The service was fantastic, all the guys and gals were very nice and fast.

First, whoever I was dealing with did not go over pricing with me before service was started, which I came to realize during the service and was told it was 120$, I was baffled and asked for what? Because I’ve never paid more than 50$, he looked shocked as if he had no idea lower prices existed. It was also my fault for not asking about prices before hand, but still, to me as a customer service employee, that should be something they discuss when taking all your information, which again was weird because I’ve never been asked for my address, or anything else. But moving on, I didn’t have the 120$ , I did find a coupon, and paid around 90something afterwards. Ever since I have left, this light has come on and goes off when I start my car. But when I would go to my usual place, I have no issues. I’m very unhappy with this and as a single mother, I can’t afford to feel like I’m being screwed! I will NEVER go to this place again.
