  Happy to say that EVgo has two locations, one close to my home and one close to my work - ideal situation, right?! I am real happy with the EVgo App performance and using it everytime to monitor availability of charging stations by the time I make it to location. I cannot say that I am not worried about when winter really settles in, how easy moving those big cables will be or frost/ frozen snow on the handles (usually gas stations are all covered) but I'll find out pretty soon. Other than that, and I think I mentioned this already and seeing improvements, it's all the trash bins situation at charging stations - but this might be under the location management and not EVgo's - now there are some bins, but a bit small, and we all know everyone's (previous) habbit of cleaning up the car while getting gas at stations, so hoping a bit more improvements on this aspect on current solution. Other than this, great experience once one is "connected" in the infrastructure, everything then just flows nicely. Thank you EVgo!!

  Great location right off I75 in Pilot Truckstop. Fast 350kw chargers. I have never had to wait.

  both 350s down as of Aug 2023. both 100kW stations would not recognize any method of payment and needed to call to initiate charge
