They are thorough with their evaluation and will make sure they advocate with insurance companies to get the work done correctly. They are extremely generous with their resources as well. I am a working parent and needed a car that could fit 2 carseats while mine was in the shop, they coordinated getting me a loaner that fit my needs (which was honestly above and beyond what I expected!). Finally, the actually work that they did was great too and you can't even tell that previous damage occurred! I HIGHLY recommend going to B and B... I won't be going anywhere else if I have future needs.

After my Audi Q5 was badly damaged when I was run off the road, I was incredibly anxious — this car is very sentimental to me and I drive a lot. From the start, Randy was exceptional. He reassured my husband (who was handling the process on my behalf) that he understood how important this repair was to me and went to bat with the insurance company to ensure OEM parts were used — down to my rims. When I picked up the car, it looked immaculate; he even detailed the interior so it was pristine. Randy personally walked me out to the car, made sure I was completely happy, and immediately corrected even the tiniest imperfections. When the sensors began acting up a few days later (no fault of his — German car sensors are notoriously finicky), he was immediately apologetic, provided a loaner car at no cost, and resolved the issue promptly. His attention to detail is remarkable — even the inside of the fueling area was spotless. In an era where true customer service is rare, Randy was a breath of fresh air.
