  Stopped in to 4M Collision to get my driver's side door looked at after hitting a light pole in a parking lot ( very slow rate of speed ). The door was not shutting fully, creating a small gap at the top where wayer could get in on a rainy day. I was unsure what I needed done. I went inside, and after about 30 seconds, the receptionist connected me with Mitch, the owner. He walked out with me, looked at the car, and went inside to get a tool. He came back out, bent the left front quarter panel in just a bit, and then applied pressure on the door to get it back in alignment. This maybe lasted two minutes. I asked Mitch what I owed, and he said " no charge ". How kind of him! Very pleasant and helpful. Cannot ask for more!

  My 40 year old El Camino was hit in a parking lot and the rear quarter panel, tailgate, and bumper were damaged. Mitch and 4M have done a couple repairs for my father-in-law, and that work was done perfectly. My instruction was that time and money don't matter because the insurance company was covering it with no deductible. I told him I just want it done right. I got the car back a couple weeks ago and went straight to a car show. Since then a lot of car guys who do body work have looked at it and told me they can't figure out where 4M cut out the quarter panel for replacement. Very smooth repair and it looks better than ever! Also, Nicole was always very quick to keep me updated on the status. I definitely recommend 4M Collision!

  Please don’t ever go here! They do not communicate and you’ll probably never get your car back. On November 13th I took my car to 4M Collision because I was referred by Summit Place Kia. My car was evaluated and I was told it would take 10 business days to fix up the damage. They said I could bring it in on November 6th and they would start working on it. I called in the morning on November 6th to make sure I was all set to bring it in. Really good thing I called to check because Tammy informed me they did not have my parts there yet or even ordered! She said I could bring it in a week later on November 13th. I called that morning and was told I was all set to drop it off. When I dropped it off I was once again told it’s 10 business days of work. They claim they are open on Saturdays but know that doesn’t mean they are working on anything on Saturdays. Tammy confirmed that they do not. Because my parts weren’t ordered in time my car got pushed back to the week of Thanksgiving. Tammy assured me my car would possibly be done November 28th but definitely by the 29th. I called November 21st multiple times to get a progress update since I hadn’t heard absolutely anything from anyone, and no one answered. I called again multiple times on November 24th and no one answered.  I called on the 28th and it took multiple calls to get through. I asked Tammy if my car was going to be ready since it was the day she told me. She said they were pulling my car down that day (November 28th) for it to be painted. She said it now would for sure be ready Thursday (November 30th). I was frustrated but understood. I called Thursday to see what time I could pick it up and Tammy said it will be ready the next day (December 1st) and gave no more additional information. I called first thing in the morning on Friday December 1st to make sure my car was able to be picked up. I was told that my car was just now in line to be painted! Even though she assured me it was being painted 3 days prior!! I asked if it would be done by the end of the day and Tammy said yes. I called around 2pm that day to confirm it was being painted and she said they still have to paint it and it will “for sure be ready Monday.” So I called Monday morning and was told it was now being painted. This time I spoke to Bryan. He was the first person to actually tell me what stage my car was actually in and was realistic that it likely wouldn’t be able to be picked up today, but he said he would call around closing time (He did not). Apparently the rain the past few days meant they had to put cars in the lot without doors etc. in the garage, which meant my car wasn’t getting worked on at all. I finally got my car on December 5th, 22 days after I dropped it off. I am so frustrated with this place. No one communicated with me whatsoever. I had to call and beg for answers. They made it clear that I wasn’t a priority and neither was my car. My car had very minimal damage and should not have taken so long to get back.
