- DMDaniel McCarvilleOct 22, 20255.0Stopped in to 4M Collision to get my driver's side door looked at after hitting a light pole in a parking lot ( very slow rate of speed ). The door was not shutting fully, creating a small gap at the top where wayer could get in on a rainy day. I was unsure what I needed done. I went inside, and after about 30 seconds, the receptionist connected me with Mitch, the owner. He walked out with me, looked at the car, and went inside to get a tool. He came back out, bent the left front quarter panel in just a bit, and then applied pressure on the door to get it back in alignment. This maybe lasted two minutes. I asked Mitch what I owed, and he said " no charge ". How kind of him! Very pleasant and helpful. Cannot ask for more!

Mitch and 4M have done a couple repairs for my father-in-law, and that work was done perfectly. My instruction was that time and money don't matter because the insurance company was covering it with no deductible. I told him I just want it done right. I got the car back a couple weeks ago and went straight to a car show. Since then a lot of car guys who do body work have looked at it and told me they can't figure out where 4M cut out the quarter panel for replacement. Very smooth repair and it looks better than ever! Also, Nicole was always very quick to keep me updated on the status. I definitely recommend 4M Collision!
