Eric set my shop up with a 8,000 Lbs Toyota forklift. Because of the size of facility, he recommended a compact version. This big forklift fits in places my little 3,000 Lbs Hyster don’t. I am super impressed with this product. Looking forward to replacing 4 other units in our shop with Toyota’s real soon. Thanks again for all your help Eric. Talk real soon

Parts person can't look up parts while on the phone and told me she had to do some research and look into it. Ordering parts should be quick and easy given the resources and parts schematics that Toyota provides their dealers. Might try Doosan in the future.
