- HMHalen McCollum4 days ago1.0Was waiting for a battery change said it would not take long and then I asked after a while and they said 15 minutes and a hour later it was still not done overall taking 4 hours and them not giving a good time range leading to me sitting there for 4 hours never going back.

The owners go above and beyond for the customer, and the service team has been really great to work with over the years. I love my truck but it needed some big fixes this summer, and the Jon's service crew helped me bring life back to it months ago, and it's been running great since. The auto sales guys were a big help as I made the decision to buy new, or fix up my truck, providing lots of great options around my budget and needs.
