I took my car to see why the light was on and discovered no coolant was never put in my vehicle. They also broke my coolant cap during the visit. When I called today there was no manager I could speak to but the person I did speak to was aggravated and rude. Almost like something was done to him. Today I received no real customer service that included any “sorry for the inconvenience this has caused” no “here is a coupon for your next visit” just you’re all set! I also saw him put the coolant in two places so now I have service scheduled with the dealership. This is crazy and I won’t be back.
