Devon and the store manager provided excellent customer service and a solution to my problem. I do not know if I will be in Lansing for my next tire problem, but regardless, my experience with this store has encouraged me to go to a Tuffy’s for all my future tire needs.

My tires were bald and Scott was able to ordered new tires quickly for me before the winter season really settled in. The tires came in the next day and the team mounted and balanced them in no-time. I was in and out! Will be scheduling another appointment soon to have my suspension looked at. Thanks guys!

Even with me coming in with a somewhat old car and me being young he walked up to me to greet me and asked me what i needed help with. he told me i could wait there for about a hour or go and come back later. I went and came back later and the reason was coz he was very polite and not dismissive unlike other mechanics. He's also a good listener and he does not try n make a profit on you, he'll give you a choice when it comes to parts. If somethings wrong he'll tell you and when it's not he'll be honest. Unlike other mechanics who'll make sure you replace almost everything so that they can make a profit. 💯% recommend this place.
