I had to send an invoice to their email which was no issue but the communication was absolutely horrible. When it comes to the auto industry, communication is a MUST and timeliness when it comes to pulling parts. Customers cannot wait extended periods of time for no reason! Completely unprofessional. By far the worst salvage yard I've ever had to deal with.
