Called ahead to pick it up and do my title work. Nate had me in and out in 30 minutes. He also helped me hook up which I appreciated. Prices were very respectable compared to other dealers. I would recommend giving them a try if you are in the market for a trailer.

He was exceptionally patient, straight forward and offered me alternatives to the item I was originally focused on in order to allow me to spend time examining the differences between the two. Jeff quoted me a price over the phone that was completely fair and stuck to that price - NO SURPRISES like other places where there is a sudden "$450 delivery charge" and "$77 document fee". None of that happened here, Jeff set the price and then I paid sales tax and MI SOS plate fee. No upcharge/upsell/trickery. Jeff beat the closest match to the same trailer by $400 out the door. He even hooked it up to my truck in the rain, shook my hand and thanked me for my business. This is a genuine business and Jeff is a great ambassador - i'll be back!
