- S2Spring 24242 days ago1.0Set up Saturday appointment - Melissa never showed up, wanted to trade a 2023 for an older model camper 2015 around 10 grand price- they would not budge on price. The camper was not worth 6grand. Sales man we ended up working with could not understand why we were trying to get an older model. We told him we did not want a payment. He came back with the exact sticker price even after we told him where we needed to be based on our finances. He just wasn't listening.

And when he was to get new tires he said he would make sure he would get the right tires I requested then later in the week he told me they couldn’t get them so I had to find them and make sure my guy delivered them to them, then when I needed information like vin number for my insurance it took him a long time and I had to call him back together the info serval times Then when I got there to pick it up it didn’t have the second battery like we discussed on it like I paid for and when they put my hitch package on the and trailer to level them it wasn’t level and it was upside down. Then I checked were they put the second battery on they cut a big whole in the battery box where rain could get in. Not happy with service or sales. Will never buy anything from them again

The lack of communication is atrocious as getting callbacks from the service department. They can't get parts in a timely fashion. .I've been waiting for a power supply for my theatre seating for 2 years. Just plain unprofessional and don't care or don't seem to care anyway. I could have lost my shit on them so many times! If you can stay away and steer other people away. They lie! Words can't describe how I feel about these locations. I just can't believe this is happening!
