This was my go to place until my last experience. They started draining my oil while the car was running .
Several people tag teamed me and I couldn’t hear them . Then he was annoyed because I asked him what he said !
They never checked nature pressure and then lied on the form saying the pressure was more than even what it should be set to.
Never checked my lights
Never talked to me about the cabin filter but put on the sheet they did.
Literally said your air filter is “ up there” prob should change it soon and then walked away. The oil change sensor kept going off and I initially thought that they just didn’t have me reset it but…
Most importantly I felt so uncomfortable that I had my car looked at elsewhere and the oil filter O ring was improperly sealed !!!
I never heard back from the manager when I called there , but I will NEVER take my vehicle there again and I used to recommend this place to everyone I know. Now I’m warning everyone I know !
