Did not remove some bird poop with berries in it that I encountered from parking under the wrong type of tree, so thankfully the entire car left the car wash completely wet and I could use my towel to remove it. I paid for the $18 wash so I could have the wheels cleaned. Wheels didn’t even look like the were touched. After drying off my entire car myself, because as mentioned previously it was dripping wet, I used the damp towel to clean my wheels myself. Don’t bother going here to get your car washed because the only thing being hosed down is your bank account.

Cam had great customer service and offered to wash our extra dirty car a second time for free if our dirt wasn’t fully removed the first time. Thanks, Cam!
- SHSteve HNov 14, 20252.0Jacob is a nice guy. He paid me a compliment. He gets 5 stars. The wash only gets 3. There was still a lot of mud underneath my truck. The wheel wells were not very clean. Next time I'll ask to run it through again. -Update- So I called the location as the below Response suggested to "make things right." The girl who answered the phone didn't do anything. She said that since I left, I can't comeback to go through the wash again. I guess I'll lower this to 2 stars since you don't understand customer satisfaction.
- SRSummer RoseNov 3, 20251.0Don’t go here if you like your floor mats to come out of the mat washer in one piece. I was told they would replace this mat, and have not heard from them since. They said I would hear from a claims dept within 3 days, that was nearly 2 weeks ago. Multiple attempts to call and email them unanswered, attempts from corporate included. I have never had an issue washing my mats at any other Tommy’s location. It was the machine at fault per the employee who had to remove my mat from the mat washer. 0/10 - would NOT recommend this franchise.
