  I noticed my truck was damaged by the car wash when I got home. I didn't go anywhere else and parked in my driveway so I'm confident it was done at the car wash. I went in the next day to report it. They said someone would get back to me 24-48 hours later. I called, emailed and stopped in several times over the next couple weeks. Finally an employee gave me the number to the manager and I quote them "you will probably need to spam his phone to get a response." I called several times and finally got a response via email that stated the tapes were reviewed and no damage was done. I was not satisfied with that answer so I continued to call and email with no response. I wanted to see these tapes myself but never heard back from them. I would NOT recommend this car wash. I then contacted the corporate level of Tommy's and they won't do anything. They responded that all the locations are privately owned and operated.

  Scratched my brand new car, vehicle always dirty even after it goes through. Car is never dried throughly. Very disappointed and won’t be back. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere.

  I have had a unlimited car wash here, the past few months the quality of the wash has been very poorly. Today I went and the one side of the car was clean and the other side didnt even looked like it was even wash. Also when I leave my car is always very wet, the drying process is very poorly done. I have deactivated my account and will be going somewhere else.

  Half of the equipment in the actual car Wash plus the vacuums are always broke the parking lot is destroyed as well as the driveway and there's always car parts laying in the bay as you're exiting the wash this is by far the worst Tommy's I have ever been to

  It would be nice if the cars would actually get dry. It would be nice if the employees instead of sitting in the office eating snacks would actually service the vacuums to where the handles stay on and they're not all plugged. Furthermore, the guy with the long hair and the nose ring has the worst attitude of any employee I've ever seen. How you let someone like that represent your company? I'll never understand. Also when you give me directions to come in, which I don't need your help with. But if you do, don't ask me to make drastic movements once I'm right on top of the conveyor pay attention. Look up before I get there and ask for the adjustment. And would a smile kill you?? This place is going downhill
