  I had the most amazing service at Safelite on Plainfield Avenue, NE in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The manager was absolutely top notch. What a professional and accommodating representative of Safelite. You honestly don't experience this type of service often and I must say it was so refreshing and the service was top notch.

  I'm giving them an extra star because their customer service team is nice and seemingly professional. But the glass they provide is absolute trash. The customer rep was telling me how the adhesive area is very sensitive to any small dings and cracks easily. Unfortunately, that's where I supposedly got hit (must've been a grain of sand that hit me or something, I don't know). The adhesive area on their windshields is a fairly large area around the entire windshield. The glass is also a bit warped, I can see it in my line of sight. That's not the biggest issue for me, but it shows the quality of the glass. All in all, don't get their glass, otherwise you'll have to get it replaced every year. Spend the couple extra hundred dollars if you want to save money in the long run and get the OEM replacement.

  Easier than I had expected experience! I was able to get scheduled the next day and the technician was very professional and kept me in the loop on timing. He had an issue with the calibration system and took extra time to ensure everything was done right! Smooth process and they came right to my house!
