  Very clean, nice open space. Have coffee, or water if you like. Went to get a chip fixed in my windshield, service technician took it back, it was back out about 30 minutes later, and it's perfect even offered me new wipers. Great friendly staff personnel and technician. I know I'll go here here to get my windows fixed. Thank you guys 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘 You guys rock!

  Had a great experience with all of the steps regarding service and replacement of my windshield, the only thing I could say that annoys me/is bad is that my wipers intermittent setting no longer works but I have no leaks no cracks and everything else is perfect!

  Overall a great experience. After calling a few other businesses for a windshield replacement, Safelite was by far the best price. I opted to drop my vehicle off and they completed it in just over an hour as promised. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly. I found the website very user friendly when selecting my windshield and setting up an appointment.

  Chose to have the technician come to the house to repair the windshield and the process was simple and straightforward. Our technician was extremely kind and professional. And the job was done in the time that was given. It was a painless experience and I will contact them for any windshield needs in the future.

  Noah was our technician. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Here’s a few reasons why: He called ahead and I offered to allow him to come early if he wanted to or could. He arrived within 30 minutes of that call. He addressed me as “Sir” which you rarely see this kind of simple respect with anyone these days. When I walked out to just see the progress, he mentioned a few trade tips he does to make the project go a bit smoother, like running the defroster to help prevent glass chips from falling into the vents during the removal stage. He was also able to carry on a conversation that was not forced or uncomfortable. In other words, he was a well rounded person and a pleasure to meet. I would suggest to Safelite that if they could escalate Noah to a higher position, say one that trains newer techs, then Safelite may be able to improve their service company wide. I say this only because years ago, I had Safelite replace a windshield on a different vehicle and it was not a good experience from bringing the wrong glass, and poor installation. Gave Safelite another go, and this time Noah made my day. Thank you.
