So as of 11/14/25 the "owner" replied and its a joke lol u train ur sales ppl to make the sale so your saying you had no idea that your employee lied when u made the sale with the agreement of when it would arrive by? I have the recorded calls I have the messaging and email receipt showing when ur slaeman GUARANTEED it would be recieved by so u are sayin you dont train your employees in the policy for part to be ship out? Yra miss me with that bs stop the lies ur guy lied to make the sales and I caught it and didnt let it go and now ir back pedaling and that is fine like I said I have the proof of unethical.business practices by ur employees and maybe I should just report it instead of trying to let ur compnay do the right thing ... be better to make sure it never happens again
- JJJayNov 10, 20251.0Contacted them about an ABS Module for a 2004 Ford Thunderbird. I told them they were my "Plan B" if my "Plan A" mechanic could not help. Well, my mechanic was able to get a rebuilt ABS Module from a very reliable warehouse in downtown San Diego. He reprogrammed the module and everything works now. Jask, suddenly, started bombarding me with texts, still trying to sell me the part. Although I texted them back and told them my mechanic fixed the car, they still sent texts. I had to block them in my cell phone. This place is extremely pushy and obnoxious to deal with.

He knows his parts. I highly recommend this place for quality used parts. They are not the cheapest but who wants the cheapest when your repairing your ride. Ask for Anister he will take good care of you. Thanks again Jask auto.

I was Wrong The transmission lasted 34 days and before you ask, “Did you get the warranty?” Yes. Yes I did. However, the warranty starts the day transmission was delivered. It took me a couple days to remove old and install new. I only made a couple trips and the truck started smoking like crazy. I contacted warranty department and I am 4 days over the warranty. Not only will they not help me out, I am still paying for the transmission! I went with this company because of reviews and BBB. (I’ll be headed there next)Hopefully, someone else doesn’t buy a part that has issues, and they are made to believe a certified mechanic has done inspection thoroughly.
