Oil filter, air filter and all of the basics that would normally be checked with service were not and on the receipt stated "customer ok'd, I did not. Paid for 5 qt platinum service @ 119, with a $25 coupon but ended getting charged 2 types of service fees and paying $110 out the door. Customer service was a 2/5 and only giving it a 2 because of of the workers had the decency of being welcoming where as the others made it feel like you were a nuisance to be coming in the their establishment. I will continue going out of town.
