  Went in at 8 o’clock asked if I could get an oil Change Rodney asked if I had an appointment I said no sorry and he still got me in. Got me out of there. It was quick and very enjoyable.

  kind enough gentleman at the front, except he kept talking over me and not allowing to say anything when i was at the counter? idk it made me uncomfortable. called at 9am on Sunday asking if they did the service i needed, and was told yes. got there a little after 1130 and was told it would be about a two hour wait. i had errands in the area and asked if i could leave and come back, he said yes and they would call me with an update in two hours. almost four hours later and no phone call. guess i’ll just skip class to get my car fixed which i was trying to avoid in the first place!! bad communication and an awkward first encounter has me deciding not to return here, though. the hourly rate is also a little insane!

  Nice store! The lobby area is clean. (Could use updated reading material). I didn't ask, but they should offer free wifi for "guests" if they don't. I didn't see a QR code to scan for access. The Assistant Manager, I believe his name is Doug, was very professional, and answered my questions in a friendly tone. The guys in the shop seem like normal "shop" guys. As far as overall service it was great. In and out. No hassles. Took off 1 star because like most places, the tech. tried to upsell me on things I don't really need. And as a general rule I hate that. But talk to Doug if you go. He is honest and will get you the best price he can on your quote.

  Call to make an appointment came in at 3 o’clock waited for over two hours went to the back ,the mechanic wanted to show me that there was play in my Pitman arm, and I already told him it was in the steering gearbox , I was going to replace the Pittman arm myself, but I found out-that The steering gearbox just needed to be tightened , There is an adjustment for it, . then he told me I had a brake line leak, which I informed the manager that I hadjust had it rustproofed, it was an oil base Rustproofing so it’s gonna drip for a few days and there’s nothing wrong with the brakes. He tried to tell me that the brake pedal went all the way to the floor, which is a total lie ,The vehicle was from Florida. It’s very clean. then he told me that my vehicle was too old for him to align, that he didn’t know how to align it after the manager told me they could do an alignment on my 99 Chevy suburban, so I wasted over three hours in there. I don’t trust the place. I think they’re just trying to get as much money out of you as they can and when you only need an alignment, then they don’t wanna do it. i’ll never go there again and I suggest nobody else goes there. I really believe some of these bad reviews after my experience.I also meant to mention that they told me I had a lower control arm bushing that had a lot of play in it. I had that same control arm apart by the ball joint to install new ball joint, and there was no play in it when I installed the ball joint, which had to be pressed in,I had been to another alignment shop Also to have it checked out and that’s something they didn’t say was wrong and I also looked it over and didn’t see anything like that so I’m worried that they might’ve damaged it to try to get more repair money out of me: Like I said earlier, don’t trust this place. I was a state certified mechanic for most of my life. The only reason why I didn’t do the alignment myself was because you need proper equipment to align it.
