Back story> I purchased a boat from the rossford bas pro and have had nothing but horrible experiences with the service department I brought my back navigation light in to inquire about a warranty or purchase a new one and the staff was rude and did not give me the time a day at a store where I've spent a boat load of money in. Anyways someone recommend i go to cabelas and I'm glad I did. I met randy at the counter and immediately he said follow me he grabbed a battery and took me over to the model boat I had purchased on the show room floor he hooked up the battery and tested my light right there aswell as testing the light that was in the brand new boat to make sure there was power. After testing my light was indeed bad he took me back to the service desk entered my information and warrantied my light which all this took about 15 min but instead of me waiting for the light to come in they gave me the brand new one off the show room floor and said when the new one came in they would put it back. That is customer service 10 / 10 once again thank you randy and the rest of the team for being so friendly and resolving my issue so quickly. As I stated above I will never go back to bass pro in rossford and will drive well out of my way to bring my boat to your service department at cabelas in dundee.
