I've been to so many other shops over the years where I've felt anywhere from made fun of, to objectified, and even scared. That has never happened at this shop and I really appreciate it.
- LSLynne SierraNov 2, 20251.0This establishment discriminates. I went in to have an oil change and the young lady came out to my car did not say hi, said what do you need. There was no greeting at all. She gave me an estimate I gave my key and left my car to be given an oil change. I waited inside. The manager just sat there did not say hi did not acknowledge me. I am a non Caucasian customer and he just glared at me. They took another Caucasian couple before me that drove up after me. I told them hey they came after me and he said yeah your next, no apology or anything. After, five minutes I said you know what I am going to leave he was in the wrong and just sat on his stool never got up to address my concern. When I said I was going to leave he just yelled oh I am sorry, nothing offered, not getting up to address my concern. Meanwhile I saw them interacting with the Caucasian customers that were all their instead of me with attentiveness. This was discrimination and laziness. I will never be back to this location ever again. I have been here several times with him not there and other staff that were kind. He was unprofessional, rude and racist. How do you address a customer by yelling your sorry never talking to them. This is a sad establishment and I can see that others cars have had issues here from the reviews, so maybe this is good I did not service with them again. I will be sure to let others know this happened on 11/1/2025 around 12:00pm at the Haggerty location in Commerce Township in Michigan.

The attention to detail was top notch! They really do a 10 point inspection from the wiper blades, tires, brakes, blinkers, lights etc . Then they go over all systems with you before you leave so you know what’s going on with your vehicle. They cover current and future need. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for a great job, keep up the good work.
