He told hunter to pull on something and hunter said there was nothing to pull. David then said “I don’t care do it anyway and don’t talk back” hunter then very politely said “please don’t talk to me like that” and David flipped out and yelled at him to get upstairs. Then spent the next 10 minutes yelling at him outside after slamming several doors like a child. I had to go out and get him to finish my oil change because I had places to be and he would rather scream at an employee for absolutely no reason than assist customers. I asked for the manager only to be told he IS the manager. That is disgusting behavior and he doesn’t deserve to run this store. Everyone else I interacted with was so kind and professional and kept apologizing for my wait but David didn’t utter a single word in apology after I had to get out of my car and go outside to get him to do his job. My “quick” oil change turned into 50 minutes because of this.
