The manager, Jason, was friendly and helpful over the phone, as well as when I arrived in person. Jason, the technician, worked efficiently to align the wheels, and to correct a problem caused by a previous mechanic so the alignment would work. I was kept informed of what was going on, and of the limitations presented by having an older model Ford Focus when it came to an alignment. The establishment was clean -- including the bathroom, which is a huge plus for me -- and everyone I encountered valued me as a customer. I would return and recommend service from Tuffy in Clio.
