  This was our first time buying a used camper, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I started the process online, which worked perfectly with a one-year-old at home. John was flexible and respectful of our time, texting and calling when it worked around naps. He was polite, patient, and considerate throughout the entire process. Even when we visited Camping World to see the camper in person, John made sure our experience was pleasant. He walked us through every feature, tapping and pushing on walls and surfaces to show the soundness, and helped us understand everything we’d need to know before making our final decision. He also pointed out the store for supplies we might need, which was surprisingly reasonably priced, even better than Amazon in some cases! John added a personal touch by delivering the camper himself, ensuring it arrived safely. His care and attention to detail made the delivery stress-free and enjoyable. Overall, John went above and beyond at every step, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. We’ll definitely recommend him to anyone buying a camper, used or new, and will absolutely be back for our next one!

  Purchase camper on September 5th .had to pay a $2200 fee to have them clean it. Check it out and then show us that everything worked . we get at home and it is leaking from the top of the vent. It is cracked .if they had checked it. They would have caught that a big crack.. Definitely.Their inspection is no good.They will not give me my money back.It is still in their working place because of whatever 10 excuses.They have two months two camping trips later canceled. It was a brand new camper, but still had some cleaning to do in light fixtures.Bugs in them whatever bring it to their attention, they did not do it.We got it home and it was still filthy period we also paid for a protection to be put on the outside and inside , and that was never done while we were there period and they say that they did that. At Camping World, they are not good people.By no means to do this to a customer and to several customers.From what I can see on the reviews I wish I would have read them prior to I would not be a owner of a camper from camping world.

  As a local business owner, I gave this company ample opportunity to make right on their wrong. After a month of no call backs, I’ve entered the realm of publicly addressing my experience. What seemed like a straight forward as is sale, turned into deceit when the mattress the Camper was shown to us with, mysteriously disappeared when we picked it up. When I reached out, I was told a manager would call me back to make things right, but here we are a month later. They call my brother in law weekly to try and sell him on a camper, but when it comes to making right on something, crickets. Avoid if you want a trustworthy company.

  Pretty disappointing experience for the most part. Finance department was not at all ready when we showed up to sign paperwork. Not given notice of what preparations we would need to do before we came it to sign so we also were not ready once they were which meant my family sat in lobby for 2 hours before we even started signing agreement. Was told by sales rep a 4 pin to 7 pin adapter would be sufficient to drive home but it wasn't so I had to get that installed before we could use it. Unit we originally came in to look at looked nothing like the pictures. It was crap and they knew it was crap so they left it popped down between 2 newer units(obvious sales ploy.) Had to haggle them down 5k on sales price of popup we decided on to even be in the ball park of what we were looking to pay. All in all, not a very professional place. All the service promises are only through their branch, not all camping world locations. People that took it down ripped a 10 inch hole the skirt and claimed it was always there even when we showed them pictures we took from day we first looked at it. Refused to fix, refused to compensate. Wouldn't recommend buying from Birch Run.
