Also, they decided to steal my money by charging me for new wiper blades without asking me if I wanted them changed and just having this on my bill when I went to pay (this happened twice). I also believe their work isn't very high quality.

I received an early return call and was scheduled ASAP. Towed in (Before I could call in JAP called with correct diagnosis and was told all was fixed, battery under warranty.) (Also learned JAP likes doughnuts - you can buy them for the crew - a block away!)
