Please avoid this dealer. I scheduled an oil change and alignment. They told me it would take 2 hours total. I dropped the vehicle before the specified time and decided to walk over to Marden’s to kill the time. 90 minutes later I walk back to find my vehicle sitting outside (left unsecured with the windows down). I assumed it was finished and went to check in. They informed be they hadn’t even started the service, and she repeated it would be 2 hours. I asked a very simple question: would it be 2 hours from the appointment time, or 2 hours in addition to the 1.5 already spent? She got super defensive and had an emotional meltdown, like I had personally attacked her integrity…in reality, I’m simply trying to let my boss know if I’m going to be late for work. Unreasonably exasperated, she demanded I speak to the manager…even though it was a very simple question she could have answered. After nearly 3 hours they return my vehicle having only completed the alignment, no oil change. I live a good distance from the dealer and don’t make it into town often. The few times I’ve been able to swing by to ask if they could fit me in, the same woman recognizes me and decides I’m not worth her time. She’s rude and combative, even though I was simply trying to understand the timing from her ambiguous quote. I was calm and polite, and was treated with disgust and contempt. I just figured if they didn’t honor my appointment time, and decided other vehicles took precedence, they wouldn’t have an issue bumping another customer down the line…since that’s what they did it to me. They act like I’m crazy for just asking, even though they burned 2 hours of my life with zero concern or apology. After repeated attempts in person and on the phone trying to just get an oil change; I’ve realized it’s a strange personal issue this one employee has, which is causing her to be completely unprofessional. I really wanted new oil- not awkward drama from the service department. I’m now searching for a more competent Toyota service center, I strongly urge you to do the same.

Amazing customer service! Chris A. was extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire process of me purchasing my 2013 Toyota Highlander. Any and every question or concern I had was answered almost instantly. When I picked up my car last night, it had been freshly detailed, smelled amazing and had a full tank of gas. I recently purchased my 2023 Tacoma SR5 double cab. When I initially called I spoke with Tyler he was not going to be available the day I was going in so without hesitation he passed me off to Blake. Blake went above and beyond for me. He made the whole transaction smooth for me. I traded in my car and was able to get what I wanted for it. Blake definitely went the extra mile to assure I was happy. I just received a call from Blake today to see how everything was going. I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle here.
