I recently had the pleasure of working with Zachary at Central Maine Toyota while searching for my new Rav4 Plug-in Hybrid XCE and I can’t recommend him highly enough. He is not the stereotypical car salesman!
Initially, I had my heart set on a specific model, believing I could get it for a much lower price than was realistic. Instead of pressuring me or dismissing my expectations, Zach took the time to patiently explain the pricing structure and the value of the car I was interested in. He never made me feel rushed and was more than willing to answer all my questions, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process.

I am thrilled with my new car and so appreciate the experience I had with the whole process . Tyler Moulton was very helpful, offered me options, but the RAV 4 in my favorite color was definitely the perfect choice. He made the financing much easier by being generous on the trade-in value. The RAV 4 is a much safer car for me to drive, as I can now sit high enough to see over the steering wheel and over the sides of the car. Easy to get into and out of too. I will highly recommend CM Toyota, gladly.

Brought in my 2025 TRd Pro for the first 5k service and a recall issue and a sensor that would go off when the rear middle seat belt was not latched. Scheduled to drop it off on Friday. During the initial call to schedule the appointment I mentioned that there was some rattling that I would like to have looked at. When I dropped it off on Friday it was busy. The lady at the counter said that they may get it done today or it might be tomorrow (Saturday). I was fine with that. Saturday around 2pm I have not heard from the dealership. I called and left a message, no response. I went on their website and contacted them by chat. I was told that someone would contact me shortly about my vehicle. Few mins later I received another message at my truck was not ready and someone would call me on Monday. Monday around noon I get a call from the dealership stating that the truck was complete and was asked what section of the back seat was giving the issue. They couldn't duplicate the issue. I knew the issue had stopped the last couple of weeks but I wanted to make sure there was no loose senors or something along those lines. That just showed me that they didn't touch the truck Friday or Saturday as it sat there. I was sent a video from the tech. About the rattling going on inside the truck. They did a test drive on Monday (while raining and slush on the roads) even mentioned in the video that this was not a good day to do a road test.
Sorry for the long statement, I feel that better communication could have made this first experience with this service department in many many years more enjoyable and have better faith is the dealership. Figured if they were going to keep my truck for 4 days for something that was scheduled for 1 they would at least wash the truck or vacuum it out. It is the little this that help. Everything up to this point has been good.

Had 2 great experience with CMM Toyota sales. The guys over there seem to want to bend over backwards to make sure you can get into a vehicle at an affordable rate. Their service department however, absolutely terrible. They’re rude, they hang up on you, when asked for a supervisor I was hung up on. At my 10k miles I went in, supposed to have a few basic things done, that realistically I could’ve done at home but hadn’t. Things like tire pressure set, topped off fluids, changed oil/filter. All of which did not happen but was indeed on the invoice. Obviously I called and left a message for a supervisor visor when this happened. Never received a call back. I called this morning to try to make an appointment for the dash lights that have randomly come on in my 2024 RAV4, purchased new from them. I was met with disrespect and hung up on when asking for a supervisor. Save yourself the hassle, get service else where. Don’t bother with the CMM extended warranty or coverage, they won’t take care of you.
