  Buying a truck at Central Maine Ram is always a great experience, and Mike Loubier once again made the process smooth and stress-free. He always takes great care of me, answers every question, and somehow makes buying a vehicle feel less like a sales process and more like catching up with an old friend. Mike is knowledgeable, honest, and actually listens—rare qualities these days. No pressure, no nonsense, just solid service and a few laughs along the way. If you’re looking for someone who knows their stuff and won’t disappear once the papers are signed, Mike’s your guy. I wouldn’t buy anywhere else.

  My wife and I have purchased our last five vehicles through Central Maine Auto Group, and we have consistently had excellent experiences. We have always worked with Jake L., and his professionalism and customer-focused approach are a large part of why we continue to return. Unfortunately, during this most recent purchase, Jake was on vacation. In his absence, I worked with another salesperson who was young and enthusiastic, though he appeared somewhat distracted throughout the process. Overall, the Jeep I purchased is a very nice vehicle. However, I did bring one concern to the salesperson’s attention prior to completing the purchase. There is visible paint bubbling along the front edge of the hood, extending nearly the full width. I asked whether there was anything that could be done to address this issue. Unfortunately, my concern was dismissed, and I was told, in effect, that nothing would be done and that I would simply have to accept it as-is. This response felt dismissive and lacked empathy. Because of this interaction, I do not anticipate working with this salesperson again. If necessary, I would prefer to wait until Jake returns from vacation for any future purchases. Based on our prior experiences, I believe he would have either explored potential solutions or, at the very least, addressed the concern with greater understanding and professionalism. To be clear, I remain satisfied overall with Central Maine Auto Group and appreciate the positive experiences we have had over the years. However, this particular interaction fell short of the standard I have come to expect. If the paint issue is something I must ultimately address on my own, I will do so.   I recently learned that even with a vehicle verging on 100k miles it is worth it going to a dealership… Central Maine was beyond helpful when others didn’t even bother to look for the origin of the problem (that killed one motor & risked the replacement), They worked diligently to find the issue without having to do a total tear down saving me money and saving my engine. On top of that staff were amazingly kind to me, understanding my frustrations that started long before I got them involved, I highly recommend them and am so thankful for their efforts!!!
