I finally interrupted one of them to inquire about a 2025 Chevy Equinox EV tire recall. He said he never heard of one. It took another few minutes for them to acknowledge that in fact there was one. Had to see a third employee followed by a technician who went outside to see my vehicle. All together more than 30 minutes to learn my tires were in fact not recalled. Can’t wait to see what happens when I return for my free tire rotation.

- JFJeni FosterOct 28, 20253.0Edit: I was refunded for the oil pan. Thank you! While I am happy with the service, I was not made aware of a common problem with the vehicle. My first oil change cost over $400 because of an oil pan issue. Now, I have to purchase a plug every time my oil is changed. The issue is a known one, so Central Maine Motors should've checked for the issue, corrected it, and then sold me the vehicle OR they should've made me aware of the problem before I purchased it so I could've decided whether I wanted to purchase it. I should get my $400 back or at least a portion of it OR a free plug each oil change since I will need to purchase one every time my oil is changed.
