Went to have a second key made for my truck & have the starter activated with the fobs. Finished the appointment & realized they hadn’t cut or programmed the key. Now I have to make another appointment & be without my truck for another day & they are telling me I will have to pay another labor charge when it would have been included in the first appointment.
