Exiting though the machine took a minute to scan my code and let us out. But it was all fine. Plenty of parking and an elevator for easy up and downs.

That person was really nice and was able to lift the gate remotely after I gave her the last 4 digits of number under the QR code. When I went to leave I had the same problem and then code would not scan. That person however was saying I would have to pay the rate again($71) and would have to request a refund. It was absolutely ludicrous. Finally after a few minutes of pleading my case while simultaneously attempting to scan qr code the gate opened. Would not recommend Update: I am updating my review to 3 stars solely based on customer service. After this post and a review to the company, a member reached out to me apologizing for the inconvenience and automatically refunding me the full amount. Thank you. I would recommend printing the QR code if you use this garage in the future
