Can be a pain exiting if the machine doesn't read your QR code (several tries before gate opened) or if someone in front of you didnt prepay (5 min before guy figured out what to do & we were stuck with cars behind us)
- SLSarah LegassieDec 12, 20251.0The stair well is absolutely digusting!!! There was trash, clothes, heroine needles, even human pieces and most likely urine in the stairwell it was nasty!!! I paid to park o line for the event it says just drive in, just drive out NOT the case at all! Gate would not open scanned the qr code it tried to have me pay again meanwhile there is 20 cars behind me and the gates NOT opening! We ended up having to call the number and it still took 5 more minutes and lots of angry people behind me!

Everyone was trying to leave, had already been charged, but the gate would not lift. Scanned the QR code for assistance, nothing. Called the number on the box, no answer. Finally after waiting on hold each person was able to get assistance. Mind you this happened to multiple cars on Forest ave exit, no way to get out. If there was some sort of emergency this could have been a disaster. An entire line of cars unable to leave the garage after already paying an outrageous amount of money to park there. Not cool and frankly, unsafe.
