And then said he had no idea when they would be able to look at it, they don't do appointments, and sending someone out would be awhile, said I could drop it off in a week, but that doesn't mean they will look at it then

Bill offered to take a look at the vehicle, yet not making any guarantees since it was not a schedule appt. Bill not only fixed my issue, he started looking into my generator that was not staying on for some reason. By the time I picked up my RV, my generator was running too! Thank you Bill for your outstanding customer service You allowed us to have a safe trip to Kentucky and back with the ability to run the generator to keep us cool during the heat wave. Thanks again!
