They were friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to accommodate my needs. A very pleasant experience renting an automobile from the Enterprise location in Stevensville, Maryland.

- BABoomjack2003 ArmySep 4, 20251.0Lots of issues, rentals are filthy inside and out even with a car wash across the street. $1000 rental and there are clothes still inside from previous renters. GM did call and gave a 50% refund a week after I called corporate. Rented a pickup truck a few weeks later. Went to pick it up, they don't have it. Pushed rental back a week. Go again to get rental next week after I called the day before to confirm they had a truck and was told yes. Get a call a half hour before pickup and told they don't have a truck. I push the rental back a third week. Called corporate 3 times and was told the district manager would reach out immediately, I still have never heard from her. On the 3rd attempt they finally have the truck. Sign my paperwork, pull off the lot and at the stop sign about 100 feet away, I notice the truck is idling extremely high. Get back to my house about 2 miles away and scroll thru the system checks and warnings and the transmission warning is on. I used the truck to make about 5 runs to the dump and returned it. I didn't want anything for free, I just wanted an apology about all the issues. Enterprise has gone down hill big time. Renters beware.

Received a phone call 5 minutes later from the location and was told it was not available but they were willing to make accommodations. Employee was friendy and did a great job.
