    Worst service ever – completely dishonest and unprofessional This is by far the worst service experience I have ever had. They repaired my windshield and damaged my turn signal lights, without telling us anything about it. We only discovered the issue when we turned on the car, and then immediately went back to inform them. At first, they acknowledged the damage and even gave us a signed note stating that they would pay for the repair. The next day, they completely changed their story and claimed they did not damage anything. On top of that, it took three full days just to get a response from a manager, This level of dishonesty, lack of accountability, and poor customer service is unacceptable. Mistakes can happen, but hiding them and then lying to customers is not. I strongly do not recommend this place. Save yourself the stress, time, and money and go somewhere else.

    I went directly to the Safelite AutoGlass location to replace the windshield on my Honda CR-V after a stone crack turned into a large crack. The price was about half of what I was quoted elsewhere. I only paid my out-of-pocket cost, and it was absolutely worth it. The pricing was very reasonable, which also makes it a great option for insurance claims. The reception was professional and welcoming, and I was even offered coffee, which was a nice touch. The service was efficient, communication was clear, and everything was handled professionally. I highly recommend Safelite AutoGlass.

    Great job! All staff members I dealt with were courteous and professional. The technician who actually installed the new glass was a very nice person, explained the process thoroughly and was done quickly. Did great work in less than optimal conditions- very cold and windy! Everything was cleaned up as well - Other than a brand new windshield there was no other evidence he had even been here lol! Thanks again.

    Not professional. I visited the shop three times with different cars all three visited was bad experience. First time the recalibration wasn't done correctly. I had to toke the car to the dealership to do the recabrition. Second time the dashboard bord had glass debris, it wasn't clean. Third time was the worse. I had an appointment at 9 am. I was told that it would be done by the end of the day I call them to know the status but call would not go through. I come to the shop at 4 pm and I was told that would be done by 5 pm. I waited until 5:30 pm. and I was told to bring the car back next day. They couldn't do the recalibration. I dropped the car off the next morning. After about two hours someone called to tell me that they can't do the recalibration. At the end of the day they did do the recabration. They were supposed to replaced the wipers but they were not. When I told them about the wipers I was told to wait while they were replacing the wipers. They handed me the key after a while. When I checked the wipers they were still the old ones. I went back to tell them about it and was told that they don't have the right wipers. They could have told me that when they handed me the keys. Instead making it look like they did replaced the wipers. I don't suggest to go at this place. I tried it tlhree times.
