The service manager, Kurt Anderson is extremely helpful and took care of an issue with my Jeep that they weren't even responsible for, as a courtesy. I was really impressed with him and with Tommy Citro as well. He is always helpful, courteous and professional. They really go above and beyond for their customers. I also recently had another issue, which they addressed very quickly, despite me not having an appointment. They got me up and running by the next day. I can't say enough good things about their service.

They had me drive 2 hours,telling me to hurry and come now for an unbelievable deal!! When I got there,I couldn’t get a response on the phone anymore,so I walked in. Amory walked out,nice and cool,saying the vehicle I came to see is now sold ,so let’s look at some other stuff..😐 I can remember the last time I was this mad about something. 4 hours of my day gone for no reason! It’s free to call or text to say someone came already. Instead made me keep driving down there! I’m still mad about it! And I got home 20 min ago! Worse experience ever! Believe everything you read in the BAD comments and nothing in the good! Trust me! Maybe it’s some other kid there,that will take people’s lives and time seriously…. Doubtful though,from the bad reviews.. Maybe if they change staff,it can be better. It’s a nice dealership… but the people can be a problem.. TRUST ME. I’ll never forget driving there for no reason at all. They basically tricked me to come down there. Until you start seeing better reviews. Stay away from this place…
