    I had an excellent experience shopping for my new car at Heritage Toyota of Owings Mills. From sales, to management, the people at Heritage Toyota could not have done more to earn and keep my business. I wanted a difficult to find car, and both the salesperson, Denise, and the manager, John, did everything possible to find me the car I wanted. Both the salesperson and the manager kept in touch with me regularly through the process, and they manager were both consistently quick to accept my calls. Now, I have the new car I really wanted. Although it may be a while, because Toyotas last a long time, but when I’m ready for my next new car, I’m starting my search at Heritage Toyota of Owings Mills.

    While I didn't end up purchasing a car from this dealership, I wanted to leave a review for Aydan B, the salesperson we worked with. He was friendly, professional, knowledgable and took us out on two different test drives. It was two days after the terribly cold snow/ice storm and nighttime- while I hated to put any salesperson through conditions like this, I needed a car immediately and Aydan was great to work with. He follow up, wasn't pushy, and really talked about the pros and cons of each car option for my needs. I'd consider purchasing a car from this dealership in the future because Aydan was so lovely to work with.

    I had an excellent experience working with April Crometry Moore at Heritage Toyota in Owings Mills. From start to finish, April was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure I found the right vehicle for my needs. She took the time to explain all my options clearly, answered every question without pressure, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her communication was excellent, and I truly appreciated her honesty and attention to detail throughout the purchase. If you’re looking for a salesperson who is trustworthy, respectful, and truly cares about customer satisfaction, I highly recommend April Crometry Moore. I would absolutely return to Heritage Toyota and refer friends and family to her without hesitation.

    Good morning John , Thank you for reaching out I actually brought the vehicle back after only having it one day and was turned away by basically by everyone. Was told I was stuck with a vehicle. I am not happy with the handling of the vehicle and the noise that come from under the hood even while sitting the car is loud! In other words, pay for something I'm not happy with because I had a mile or less test drive is what the manager told me. I have owned 3 Toyota Camry over a period of 18 years . Two of which were preowned low miles. I am very familiar with the brand and the quality but I have found this purchase to be a disappointment. I took it to your service center and of course they didn't find anything. I believed in Toyota until now! I will be contacting Toyota directly. John there is another concern I have about the financing. I was told I would be financed at 17 % However. When I had the opportunity to read the the documents emailed to me because I could not access the doc on the USB Drive there is also a 24 % notated in the financing which was not disclosed and I would not have consented to that rate ... I was initially told 18% and when I couldn't give another 500.00 towards my request $1300.00 deposit... I was told it was fine that's when the rate suddenly dropped to 17% but NOTHING was disclosed about a 24 % rate . Please let me know why my loan also reflects 24 % financing. Maybe I’ll get a response here 🤗

    I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves to be shared so others don’t go through the same frustration. I placed a $1,000 deposit and reserved a Grand Highlander under my business name. Over multiple visits for financing, the dealership had all my paperwork in front of them — yet not once did anyone mention that my business was listed as “not in good standing.” That should have been addressed on day one, not at the final hour. When the vehicle arrived, we went immediately and spent four hours at the dealership. Only at the end of the day did they finally tell us they couldn’t complete the sale under the business name. They gave us 48 hours to fix the issue. We resolved the problem with the county the very next day — well within the 48‑hour window — and went back in person. Without calling, texting, or emailing us, the dealership had already sold the vehicle to someone else. When we spoke with the manager, he simply said that because we didn’t buy the car that same day, they sold it and “processed the refund.” As of now, we still have not received our refund. This entire experience shows a lack of transparency, poor communication, and disregard for customers’ time and trust. I have purchased many vehicles over the years and have never encountered a sales team this careless or misleading. My advice to customers: Avoid this dealership if you value honesty, professionalism, and basic respect. This dealership showed a complete lack of transparency, accountability, and respect for customers’ time. Save yourself the frustration — go somewhere that values honesty and professionalism. My message to the dealership: Your processes failed at every step — from verifying documents to honoring your own 48‑hour commitment to handling refunds. This is not how you build long‑term customer relationships.
